Graeme from Trifecta did an amazing job helping us understand and get setup with a heat pump that would work for our home. We got a few different quotes from various vendors and got one from Graeme based on a friend recommendation. From the start Graeme gave us great information and helped us understand what would work best for us with no pressure sales, which was helpful as we were a bit overwhelmed with info before speaking with him. He did an excellent job with the install and was very professional and communicative the whole way through. After a few days of 30 degree temperature we can confirm the heat pump works to keep our house consistently cool! We are very happy with the install, timeframe, clean up and value of the product and service we received.

Graeme and the Trifecta team did an excellent job installing our heat pump. We previously had an electric furnace that was on its last legs and costing us an arm & leg to operate. Graeme came in and gave us a thorough explanation of how heat pumps work, what size would be appropriate for our home and provided a quote that covered everything. He also helped explain the provincial and federal grant program which made things that much more affordable. On install, his team was punctual and delivered high quality service. As someone who is very particular and expects high quality workmanship, Graeme and his team delivered this and when our Energy Advisor conducted the post-install evaluation he made the same comments. I would highly recommend Graeme and Trifecta for heat pump installs!
